D2N Technology Solutions accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa through the online store.

Can I get advice before ordering?

Can I arrange a product demonstration before purchasing?

SHIPPING

How quickly does D2N Technology Solutions dispatch orders?

All in-stock products are dispatched the next business day from D2N’s warehouse in Mulgrave, New South Wales.

Which carriers does D2N Technology Solutions use for shipping?

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or TNT depending on the order size and destination. International orders are shipped via DHL. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Does D2N Technology Solutions ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Australia Post deliveries can be made to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. TNT deliveries require a physical address.

Does D2N Technology Solutions ship internationally?

Yes. D2N Technology Solutions ships internationally via DHL. International orders are available in Australian dollars or New Zealand dollars through the online store.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress through the relevant carrier.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

What is D2N Technology Solutions’ return policy?

D2N Technology Solutions offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unopened, unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Does D2N Technology Solutions offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you need a different product, please arrange a return and place a new order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact D2N’s team as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

What warranty applies to products purchased from D2N Technology Solutions?

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. D2N Technology Solutions is an authorised Hytera service agent and provides local servicing and repairs for Hytera products.

Does D2N Technology Solutions offer repair and servicing for radio equipment?

Yes. D2N Technology Solutions is a factory-trained Hytera service agent and provides repair and maintenance services from its Mulgrave facility in New South Wales.
